Due to the digital nature of our content, no refunds are available once materials have been accessed or downloaded, except where required by law.

5. Coaching & Memberships

Mentoring sessions or memberships must be used within the time specified.

8. Cancellations & Refunds
If you have issues with a purchase, please contact us at gemma@legalloungehq.com. Refunds will be assessed in accordance with UK consumer law. The general rule will be that no refunds will be issued, however, we will judge this on a case by case basis.
