3. Orders & Payments

  • Payments are processed securely through our third-party provider (e.g. Wix/Stripe/PayPal).

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£).

  • You must ensure your details are accurate when placing an order.

 

4. Digital Products & Courses

  • Upon purchase, you’ll receive access via your account or download link.

  • Due to the digital nature of our content, no refunds are available once materials have been accessed or downloaded, except where required by law.

  • You must not share, distribute, or resell our materials without permission.

 

5. Coaching & Memberships

  • Mentoring sessions or memberships must be used within the time specified.

  • Community spaces must be used respectfully; we reserve the right to remove members who breach our code of conduct.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All templates, materials, and course content are owned by Legal Lounge HQ. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence for personal use only.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

We make reasonable efforts to ensure information is accurate, but we do not accept responsibility for reliance on our materials. Nothing on our website constitutes legal advice.

 

8. Cancellations & Refunds

If you have issues with a purchase, please contact us at gemma@legalloungehq.com. Refunds will be assessed in accordance with UK consumer law. The general rule will be that no refunds will be issued, however, we will judge this on a case by case basis.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
