What This Retreat Is Not...

There is no place for self promotion, only real connection!

✗ Icebreakers that make you cringe

No awkward introductions. No being put on the spot. No sharing more than you're comfortable sharing.

✗ Pressure to talk

Whether you are naturally outgoing or prefer to listen and reflect, you are welcome exactly as you are. Participation is always your choice.

This is a supportive environment where everyone is encouraged to leave their professional masks at the door.

✗ A retreat where you need to earn your rest

No work is necessary, but you're there for a reason - some deserve time for yourself.

This retreat will take place in carefully selected Kent countryside accommodation designed for space, calm and connection.
