Are Sundays scary?

Are you dreading going back to work tomorrow? We all get that feeling sometimes.
I know there'll be some of you reading this with that familiar feeling in the pit of your stomach. The "Sunday Scaries".
Maybe you're thinking about the week ahead. Maybe you're worrying about a meeting, a colleague or a conversation you need to have - or may it's simply a feeling of unhappiness in your role and you can't quite put your finger on it.
I know what it's like - work, life, the kids, the endless mental load but for women in law, this is normal, but I don't think it shouldn't be.
We didn't work this hard to build a career that leaves us feeling anxious every Sunday night. The truth is, it isn't usually your job that's the problem. It's the pressure you're carrying, the confidence you've lost along the way or the boundaries you don't have.
I know, only too well, how hard it is to lose your sense of self and you might feel a bit lost in the business of it all.
But that can change today. You don't have to keep pushing through on your own. That's exactly why I created the Level Up in Law course.
It's designed for women in law who are brilliant at what they do but feel overwhelmed, stuck or like they've somehow lost themselves along the way.
I know you're driven and ambitious - that doesn't have to change. If you're ready for things to feel different, I'd love to support you. All you need to do is say 'yes'.
P.S. If you're spending tonight dreading Monday, ask yourself this:
What would need to change for you to actually look forward to the week ahead?
