Kent Women in Business Awards

Last week I had the honour of attending the Kent Women in Business Awards, an event that celebrates the incredible achievements, leadership, and resilience of women across the county. It was an inspiring evening filled with powerful stories, meaningful connections, and a shared vision to support and uplift women in business.

I’m incredibly proud and grateful to share that I was named Runner-Up in the Women’s Champion category.

Being recognised in a category that celebrates those who uplift, empower and put others before themselves is deeply meaningful to me.

Championing women, through mentorship, collaboration, and shared experiences, has always been at the heart of what I do.

The evening itself was a fantastic celebration of women running businesses inspired by their passion or experiences. Hearing the stories behind each nominee was a reminder of just how much talent and determination exists within our community.

A big thank you to Hilary and Sue Steel, the organisers and founders of the Kent Women in Business Awards, for creating such an important platform to recognise and celebrate women’s achievements.

I would also like to congratulate all of the finalists and winners. It was inspiring to be in a room filled with so many passionate, ambitious, and supportive women.

Finally, thank you to everyone who has supported me on this journey, your encouragement and belief mean the world to me.

Here’s to building even stronger networks, creating more opportunities, and continuing to celebrate the achievements of women everywhere.
